Thadd Turner
Award-winning producer, director, and screenwriter, Thadd Turner has directed, produced, and written over a dozen feature films. He won the 2010 Western Heritage Wrangler Award for the History Channel’s series “Cowboys and Outlaws”, he won the 2007 Western Heritage Wrangler Award for the film “Truce” and won the 2006 Western Writers of America Spur Award for his original screenplay “Miracle at Sage Creek” that he produced, starring David Carradine, Wes Studi, Michael Parks, Buck Taylor, and Irene Bedard. He directed country music star Clay Walker's "Jesse James" music video. Thadd has ten feature film screenplays in active development that he has written, including Buttermilk Sky, East of Yuma, Diamond Rose, Heaven is Home, Cross Country Cowboy, Texas Hold 'Em, Palominas, Gold Run, Johnny Kidd, and Wiggle Room. Thadd is a member of the Writers Guild of America, Screen Actors Guild, and Western Writers of America.
