Some destinies must be fulfilled. Others refuse to die.
In Chaos Theory, Jacques de Molay targets Yeshua, the young Savior destined to extend God’s offer of redemption. To place the boy beyond his enemy’s reach, Profit Weatherford, Ariel Buford, Evelyn, and Jean Baptiste carry him through time to thirteenth-century Japan. At the Temple of Eternal Peace, Yeshua studies with Zen master Dogen while the others attempt to build a new life. But de Molay has deciphered their journey—and he is coming with a Mongol invasion behind him.
Believing their enemy defeated, the family returns to San Francisco, where a pregnant Ariel prepares for the birth of her child. When de Molay follows them home and kidnaps Evelyn, Ariel must risk everything to protect Yeshua, her unborn baby, and the future of humanity itself.
In Legends of the Undying Arizona Rangers, the Virgin Bloods learn that two men cursed by Christ have wandered the earth for nearly two thousand years. Guided by the Virgin Mary in disguise, Ariel, Evelyn, Elsbeth, Profit, Yeshua, and Jean Baptiste travel to territorial Arizona to release the immortals through death. There they discover the men hiding in plain sight as legendary Arizona Rangers John Word and Lester Dorman.
As the Rangers pursue the ruthless stagecoach robber William “Brazen Bill” Brazelton, Yeshua reveals the truth behind their immortality. Yet after centuries spent fighting evil together, Word and Dorman have no desire for eternal peace—and Yeshua may be more willing to help them than the Virgin Bloods realize. Their mission hurtles toward a deadly confrontation on the Mexican border, where death may prove far less final than anyone expects.
Can Yeshua escape the forces determined to destroy his future? And can two undying lawmen outride a destiny written nearly two millennia ago?
This double volume includes: Chaos Theory and Legends of the Undying Arizona Rangers.
