Timothy Draper

Timothy Draper was born in Mesa, Arizona, in 1978. At the age of 12, he developed a passion for adventure in the outdoors and history. By the time he was 18, he had already embarked on many adventures exploring ghost towns and searching for lost Spanish mines.

Timothy spent most of his adult life working in construction and venturing out in the wilderness in his free time. Later, he attended college and universities where he studied anthropology and history. He started working with film producers and major networks in 2015, and has been involved in numerous TV shows focused on treasure hunting.

In 2018, Timothy became the founder of Treasures in America, selling treasure hunting gear, and consulting with many people regarding their personal treasure hunts. In 2021, he also became the founder of the Uncharted Expedition web series that features real-life treasure hunting sites and situations. The show is available on many platforms.

Timothy enjoys a good hunt and spends every chance he gets in the desert or high mountains chasing after his next big discovery. He tells everyone he’ll continue to search until the day he is no longer physically able to.
