Cameron Judd

Cameron Judd, author of more than forty books to date, pens historical and Western novels that evoke the fast-paced life and death struggle that was the Old West. His authority on, and respect for, the subjects he writes about has earned two of his novels (The Canebrake Men and Crockett of Tennessee) national finalist recognition in the Western Writers of America Spur Awards competition.

In addition to being a bestselling author, Judd is also an award-winning newspaperman. After nearly four decades with The Greeneville Sun, he retired in 2021. He still writes and publishes his award-winning column, “Clips to Keep,” once a week. Judd lives in Greene County, Tennessee with his wife and family.
